My greatest wish would be international standards which determine the framework for political action. In addition, a UN that monitor these standards and encroache, if a country leaves the frame.
Unfortunately, there are no such standards, even a UN with the power for such action. Hopefully it does not have to come back to a world war, so that a long overdue reform of the UN is performed.
